Moc Chocs
Moc Chocs were developed in a search to find an exceptional confectionary delight for adults and children alike that added nutritionally to the diet as well as feeling incredibly indulgent to eat. Using a super nutritious set of ingredients we have created four flavours of truffle; lime, and orange from our ‘citrus range’ and almond and vanilla from our ‘comfort range’.
Whether your palate prefers something fruity, or something with a bit more warmth, we are sure you will love the variety in our flavours. We use only organically certified oils to flavour our truffles and feel confident you will notice the difference as soon as you open a bag and the aroma escapes. We have worked with Montezumas closely with on the texture, taste and overall enjoyment of our chocolates – something they have been doing now with their own products for years with quite outstanding results, award winning success and acclaim.
Moc Choc Raw Chunks
Moc Choc Chunks are a pure unadulterated form of dark chocolate.
It goes without saying that we have taken out all the sugar and replaced it with a natural low GI sweetener. We have also taken out all the dairy, and added instead only natural organic ingredients and flavours.
Moc Choc Chunks are akin to dark chocolate and come in three flavours;
Lime (nut free), Orange (nut free) and Pistachio (contains nuts)
Primary ingredients: Cacao butter, cacao powder, carob powder, agave syrup, organic oils.
NB. Not heated above 40 degrees to preserve integrity of ingredients
